The Evaluation Report consists of following
The evaluation report will provide; information, data, photographs, maps and evaluation of property in an approved format. This format will remain standard unless changes are requested by several clients.
Evaluators duly approved by the Pakistan Bank’s Association and Non-Banking Financial Institutions (NBFI) and the Modarba Association of Pakistan are on the Panel of Green Earth Properties (GEP).
The standard Evaluation Report may contain the following information:
