The title search report is presently limited to Karachi. It is for the reason that the central registrar of properties is established in Karachi.
"Title Search Report” is based on the records of relevant District Registrar and only the entries present in the records are reported.
The title search report is signed by the Sub Registrar, Magistrate and Notary Public.
